What a nice spot to surf! Pretty full line up there too! Cool to see Gravy in your vlog too... Nice variety of shots, B roll, etc. The only thing missing is YOU on a board! Love your editing style...you work at it don't you?...I can tell! 500 video clips???!!! That's a LOT to edit...you are really into this aren't ya? Man, those were some sweet, clean waves at 10:52, eh? Just watched 2 videos, I'm hooked. Tell me, where are the videos with you in them, that's what I want to watch. Haha. Thanks John. A lot of my older videos have me in them. Once I started filming, it pretty much took over. I love to film and edit, so when it's good, thats what I'm doing. 🤙🏽

@@bornagainsurfer4936 Yeah, you have nice camera gear to be able to sit way back on shore and get those nice shots. All I have is a little waterproof camera that I bought to shoot underwater videos when I go down south and snorkel. I had no intentions of shooting surf videos with it and didn't even surf at the time I bought it. It would be nice to have a camera with a long lens and get some of those nice close ups like you do. I only have about 4x zoom on my Olympus TG-4. But now that I have a Hero 7, at least I can get some close ups when I'm in the water with it. I just started using it and I'm still learning how to best use it. Amazing little camera!!! Nice to meet up with you! BILLY THE PHOENIX is a good KZbin friend of mine and he usually points me in the direction of guys like you and I think he may have mentioned you in a phone call that I've had with him and I see that he's here on your site making comments. Nice edit! What camera set up do you use to film the surf, specifically the camera and lens? Quality is great. Need to upgrade my gear.

Thanks! I use a Sony A7RIII body and a Sony 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 GM OSS lens for pretty much all of my shots from the beach. I also use a GoPro 7 black.
