So as i am sick with covid and recovering, and before getting sick lost my cat for 11 nights and days as it fell out a window i had forgotten was open.
It wore me out both body and mind looking for him, and I nearly had no sleep sometimes no sleep at all for 48 hours, and food was not welcome either so i was exhausted. Then when i finally found him and he was home again, Covid broke out in my face hard the day after, still sick but today I was feeling better and i wanted to redo this one playing with .8 gauge on my Stratocaster which has Fender locking tuners, and a nice Seymore Duncan Hot rails as a bridge pickup! I'll have to get some cool pickups for my neck and mid later when I can afford it, which probably will be very long till but I'll at least enjoy the bridge pickup as it sounds awesome! I intonated and setup the guitar the same day as my cat went missing, so glad i have him back, you can see him run up to the window in the end looking outside thru it, yes it's closed haha!
The intonation is, if not perfect pretty close to, i could always do minor adjustments to get it 100% but its 99,98% set so i am satisfied! Just learned how to do it, and i did it to my fretted bass, and my telecaster too, and I really love to mod guitars, and never been more into the instrument before as i am now! Also having done a 14 hours semester of learning modes and scales for bass and the music theory behind , and learned about the circle of fifths, and studying the fretboard notes and understanding more of what's up over there, well that has helped me a lot! I am a bit rusty already i can tell, but when i recover back to normal from covid I'll practice more, and restudy every music theory I've learned so far and just keep at it till it's as easy to remember as to answer what time it is when someone asks :)
