Best tutorial for absolute beginners. And I have watched at least 20 others. I would like to add: keep your abs/core tight the entire time, it will allow to pass the force generated by the upper body movement to the ground. Also: I just started surf skating 2 hours ago with no prior boarding experience, so my advice could be totally wrong :)

Hi Nik! You should not have pain anywhere, not your ankles, you must be doing something wrong. Remember, the force of the pump comes from your waist, you must drag the Surfskate with the bottom of your feet. Don’t use ankles or knees.

Ok my friend. There’s no need for another video, you just have to do it the other way around, instead of turning right like I did, you must turn left. Instead of turning clockwise, you go the other way around. You must push with your right front heel, help with your front arm, the right, and the back one, your left arm. It’s the same exercise, turning frontside. If you have any problems just send me a video doing it to my Instagram @balealkandooma and I’ll tell how you’re doing it.
