It changed a little bit in the last months but not enough. A lot of media organisations and politicians deliberatly choose to ignore them. There is a hopelessness in sending aid to Gaza as we don't know how much of it actually reaches and helps the people. This surgeon alludes to it in that she saves lives imminently but whether they will otherwise continue to live due to malnutrition, bombing, or adverse weather conditions is anyone's guess
