Sir me kuch suggestions dena chahti hun for anxiety / stress jo me kuch practice krti hun. 1. Namaz. It reduces stress. 2. Think about solutions always. Mera ye masla hai acha me abh kia krun jo mere bus mein hai. 3. Exercise / walk 4. Zikar. Daily kuch tasbeeh kren simply darood sharif ya astaghfaar kr len. 5. Logo ke leay asanyan kren .simply kisi ko rasta de den. Ye bhe asani hai. Etc. Ap doosro ke leay asani kren Allah ap ke leay krey ga. 6.Allah se baten kia kren ke Allah mera ye masla hai please meri madad kren. 7. Apne ap ko positive kamo me masroof rakhen. Farig rehne se bhe negative khayal atey hain. I hope these help someone.

I would like to add one: اللہ کریم کی باتیں غور سے سنا کریں۔ پتا ہے کیسے؟ قرآن مجید کی تلاوت تدبر یعنی غور و فکر سے کریں۔ آپ کو محسوس ہو گا کہ خالق کائنات خود آپ کی رہنمائی فرما رہا ہے اور آپ کا دل انتہائی پر سکون ہو جائے گا۔ غم اور اداسیاں ایسے پگھلتے محسوس ہوں گے جیسے گرمی میں برف پگھلتی ہے۔ اللہ کریم ہم سب کا حامی و ناصر ہو۔ آمین ثم آمین یا رب العالمین

Oh, sorry I didn’t know you don’t know Urdu. Well that’s sad, you don’t know your own language but you do understand Dr. Sbs. lecture. Tension’s only cure is that one should return to his Creator. And if some illnesses fall on one, he/she should take it boldly and the sher I referred to جی کا جانا means that ultimately we all have to die. Some early some late, so why one has to be in tension. Every living creature has to come to its end (it is very clearly mentioned in Quran) so why worry or become tense. It’s part of our being live. Tension is not going to take away death but it will worsen your condition if you’re sick. Every living thing is waiting for its death. And whether by medicine or by surgery one might be cured but one’s time to live is final (Quran). Don’t get it wrong that by taking medicine or after having surgery one’s life is extended. No, one has to complete his/ her counted breaths. Sickness or illnesses are part of life, we should not be in tension because of these instead we should revert to Allah(SWT) the Only Healer of your bodily and spiritual illnesses. Doctor sb. is just providing you and all others his so called advices because he has to make money out of KZbin. Try to understand. No one can change one’s life, Only Allah (SWT) can do this. Prayers are the first step, walk is the second provided even in your walk you praise Allah(SWT). Believe that one day we all have to go which is our destiny. I hope I made my point. Please comment.
