Hi, thanks for the video, it was inspiring. I wanted to do this to but I was afraid it is too hard. What I noticed, you don't need to mark the connectors, they don't fit in another hole even if they look the same. :) Cheers!

Thank goodness for your video. Number 11 and 12 had me stumped. Of course it was the last two you removed. I think you were stumped with those from the get go as well. Lol!!😀

What's your cost in repairs and parts including the cost of the car, tax and insurance Vs what you would have spent extra on fuel in the Volvo?

I will be making a video on this soon:)

Did you check the continuity of the wire running from the Sam unit from the fuse which kept blowing? It seems more like a compromised wire which is earthing out causing the fuse to blow rather than the control board. Get a volt meter and check the continuity of the wires first

Yes I started with that but it was proving tricky to find any issue so resorted to pulling the sam. After inspecting It there was nothing wrong with the SAM so I am back to pulling the car apart looking for the short 🙄

Have you tried to disconnect the lpg system to see if that's causing a conflict as I thought that the LPG ECU change the timing and ignition firing points. It seems that all the wiring from the coils goes to the ECU which you can test for continuity to see if the ECU is shorting out.

@@MegaMarkymark19 Yes, I disconnected that completely and it still blows the fuse, I am getting power into the engine bay as I have used a short detector and it has confirmed that current is making it through the ecu. I think I'm going to have to work 1 by 1 though the coil pack plugs and injector wires to find a culprit 😬

Info is it’s the relays that are the problem true or not I don’t know
