Several years ago my difficulty breathing lead to open heart surgery. You are absolutely right! It is just a process to work through and the benefits will be well worth it!

Blown C6 here from surfing whiplash in Mexico in the early 90's. Its taken its toll on me :(. If for any reason you cant surf again, praise God for knowing the lifestyle for as long as you have. Some never know the joy of being a Surfer. Godspeed to ya!

Looking good, Brad. "This too shall pass" is a great attitude, and a basic truism of wisdom as well. Take care.

Happy it all worked out mate. I know how hard it is to do nothing, but that's really the best thing for these types of things. I really hope it allows you to jump back on the board without any pain in a few months. Just think of all the good things you will be doing once fully recovered. That's what helps me through the bad mindsets. Eat healthy and do as much as you can to get the blood flowing, everything helps. You got this

Look over there! Yea I got the crab meat explanation on the disk. You are not as young as you were take the time to slow down and heal properly. We will be here as will the surf. Enjoy the cone of shame.
