Hi, I am having three or four bones in my hand fused. Will I still be able to weight train afterwards? The surgeon mentioned that I will not be able to perform pushups on my hands.

Did you have it done and did it solve your problems? Are you able to weight train any now?

I am considering either wrist replacement or fusion. I was told that with fusion I would be able to weight train after surgery

Did you have it done? May i ask why you had to have it done? If you did, are you having any problems? If you were suffering from pain before, did this fix it?. I will probably have to have this done is why I'm asking

@@carlcarl6032 I haven't had it done yet. I hope to still be able to do exercises such as pullups, chins & parallel bar dips

You can i had the op after a car crash and I can do pullups and pushups but pushups are with pushup bars. 😊
