Have had the UroLift done twice and it failed twice as the prostate just swelled up past and around the pins. So there are 10 to 12 pins buried in the tissue now, so which of these procedures can cope with the leftover pins and give me PERMANENT fix for BPH?

I had aquablation 2 weeks ago on my 109gr prostate. (11/1/2023) Peeing like a racehorse. I'm 71. One day in hospital, catheter removed the day after that. Easy peasy. Sex is still good. It helps that I love my wife :)

You have talked of some procedures resulting to rear ejaculation,Does that mean no enjoyment during sex?

It just means the seminal fluid goes elsewhere. Orgasm is still orgasm.

I’ve had HoLEP on a 90ml prostate. It’s definitely not a same day surgery. At 5 weeks I’m seeing a big reduction in urgency, very good flow rate. It’s a process as your body adapts but not having to take FloMax is worth it.
