I think surging sparks is absolutely incredible but I feel that the prices, the pull rates, and the recent announce of the prismatic evolutions set kind of draws away from what could make surging sparks even better. Still stoked to open a booster box of the set though. Absolutely in love with the feebas and milotic full arts in the set. Great video!

I think some of the special illistration rares in surging sparks are AMAZING like the latias and latios. They are actually beautiful cards and the alolan exeggutor that card is also awesome. I hope it maintains its value too because it's got some really cool cards.

I work for an LCS near Atlanta, our allocation was shortened and we are unable to order more until next week. We sold out of all of our products within 2 days. Definitely seems like a shorter printed set compared to some of our previous allocations. Really enjoy the set, and our customers seem to enjoy it as well.

@@Poke_Son_And_Dad Both, to be honest. We run a shop with TCG and Sports. I've had sports only customers get interested in this set, also the Prismatic Evolutions and the Team Rocket set next year. But our allocation was less than what we ordered, and demand has increased, at least in our area. Our shop is in a fairly wealthy and highly developed area, so that may factor into it as well.

I think this is one of the better sets to come out the past few months since 151 but the pull rate has been abit brutal from some of my friends that did pulls. That Latias and Latios is worth it though. Such beautiful cards

I've opened up over a hundred packs of this. I pulled two Lisia's appeal SIR one out of each booster box. One gold card night stretcher. I did get the latios IR. But I have not pulled not one Pikachu not even the regular EX. Everything that I have heard is there's about two or three SIRs per case. And one box out of the case that has neither sir or gold.

This set is OK. bought a little bit and pulled the Ceruledge and Skarmory IR which were definitely 2 I really liked, so inwas pleased with that. I'm still waiting for a set i really like enough to try to master. Haven't really have had that urge since paldea evolved. Hopefully the Prismatic and the Rocket set have a good all around lineup, just not a handful of chases.

I've been enjoying Surging Sparks a lot so far, but honestly the crazy high value of the Pikachu SIR makes me nervous. If I'm not able to pull it (which I probably won't, the odds are obviously not in my favor) I hope I can still afford to buy it. But the artwork is really cool, and it definitely feels like there's a solid 4-5 major chase cards.

The allocation seems bad, most places were sold out on release day in Australia. Very curious to see how the set performs because of this , might have to wait a bit longer for prices to drop. At least the distributor has already told stores there is a second wave in March for our region. The same thing happened with Silver Tempest in 2022 where it was split into two. I tried to order a case but missed out, so Im on the list but def not buying anything at the moment, everywhere charging 250 AUD when usually its easy to find at 180 or lower

I've opened 2 booster boxes of SS so far and it's probably my favorite release since Paldean Fates (something about shinies man). Would love to get that Magneton promo card and another chance at the SIR pikachu. Pulled Hydreigon SIR and Milotic SIR during a prerelease event + regular and full art pikachu so i think my luck is strong with this set *fingers crossed*. Surging park is one of the coolest set that they have yet released. It's also te set that made me go back to collecting pokemon cards, hhoping to have a master set of it even though iit's quite difficult to achieve that. I love the artwork of the secret rare pkachu. It seems like the big box stores haven't all gotten much SS yet. I went to my Target, Walmart and Best Buy, and all they had were single pack blisters. I think by mid next week they'll have more, but the panic buying on this set is unreal 😂 I'm hoping that Pikachu comes down to a more realistic price, but with that frigen Greninja still sitting at $300 I don't see that happening with a Pikachu 🤷‍♀️
