Quality and skill based education needs to be implemented on war footing.. developing govt schools/ colleges by hiring efficient teachers can change the face and mindset of students and parents to enroll.. as we observe the cost of education is nil in germany with quality based from govt backed institutions.. but in india its not possible to provide but half the cost atleast should be made by providing subsidies or schlorship to students who are not able to afford.. and create research based institutes and upgrade the present top colleges to reduce the efflux of students and avoid brain draining.. Govt must frame a committee to review the candidates who are applying for foreign country student visas and address the grievance and identify the reason for such efflux and frame policies to reduce efflux of indian students...
