This house can't be worth $50 Million. Too small and unfinished! The house next door is in the same disarray, therefore the owner must be in prison, as well. They could be friends, who knows. These guys are experts. They know what they are doing. What a partnership and synchronicity. I would trust these guys to clean my mansion, for sure.

Sorry but your time could have been spent doing houses up for people who deserve it. Great job though but shouldn't have been done for this man. This building looked so creepy cool at the beginning. Like a house in a scary movie at night but then see Tarzan swinging around during the day...lol. Seeing those vines fall off the building in huge clumps was awesome! Very entertaining. This is the 1st video that I've see from you guys. I hope the others are just as exciting. I don't think it's a for sale sign. I read the description and it said the owner, who is a mafia drug lord, is getting released from prison after doing 10 years. He had them hired to clean it up before his release date. So it was ready before he returned back home. I also agree with you, the whole time they were on the roof just hanging on to the tiles. I could of had a heart attack. They def needed to be tied off, had a harness of some kind....SOMETHING!! Very dangerous. Although if they did fall off the roof of a mafia drug lord and they got injured on his property, it could be a big pay day. That's if they lived threw the court process.. 💯🪦⚰⚱👻😵🤣

I can't imagine the house being worth $50,000,000 - maybe $50,000 or even $500,000. // I do wish you had left the tree up by the front corner of the house - it would soften the look and provide a nice, shady place to sit and have a cup of tea or something cold to drink. (Hopefully the owner learned his lesson and is a good person, now.) // Is there a part 2 where the villa is cleaned (as described in your intro) and the bits and pieces of the overgrowth is removed to provide a nice, clean yard, or did you do it off-camera? At the end of the video, it just looks partially done.

A parte mais cara de uma obra é o acabamento, esquadrias e o que vier seguinte. As esquadrias dessa casa não parecem ter padrões comuns (o que pode encarecer também). Talvez por ser uma casa tão grande, com pé direito alto, etc, não tiveram dinheiro pra etapa final. :/
