Thanks, honestly it’s from a combination of things. Being mentally and physically drained after work, my executive dysfunction disorder, and lack of energy from my anemia is just a few. Most times it’s hard to start and when I do it’s hard to finish. But starting this channel has helped me a lot. ❤️
