It has been almost a year since the City of Surprise took full ownership of our three libraries, and there have been so many fantastic programs, events… and of course… reading happening.
One of the biggest reasons the City wanted to manage our libraries is so we could better tailor the offerings of our branches to our residents and serve library patrons even better. As Amanda Steele shows us the hard work is paying off…
