First I was impressed with your ingenuity in using a cheap ol' plastic toy egg and some cheap ol masking tape and voila you have an incredibly effective egg mold that anyone can find at Walmart. Then I was impressed with your forethought to actually SHOW people they need to add oil to powdered colors before adding them to chocolate after I recently watched a DIYer add gel color to her white chocolate in a project she clearly had never done before. As she stared the melted white chocolate her voice-over said "I recommend you use liquid food color cuz I used gel and it turned my chocolate into play dough". Seriously? Ever heard of Google? It's easy to Google "adding color to white chocolate". I digress. Back to you... Then I was impressed with how shiny and pretty your egg was and your attention to detail as you shaved down the seam. But then you hit us with that cute baby of yours and I will admit I was distracted, I remembered there was a pretty shiny egg involved...somewhere...but..???..and then she smiled and I couldn't remember what it was you had even doing cuz all I was were cheeks and the most beautiful smile. I miss those days when my little one's smile just light up the room. Now I most get "where are the car keys?" as I see the back of her head flying out the door.

+Mercedes Rosa Yea if you do the vegetable oil it's very pale color. I am going to try an experiment using flocoat and regular color as well
