Surprise my BFFwith Squid Game Food for her 40th birthday, Dalgona cookies and Korean streusel bread

I made my friend's recent favorite show Squid game food, Dalgona cookies and Korean streusel bread. Join with many of my good friends, everyone brought a dish to the party. Wait and see the surprise!!!
Both recipes are very easy to make, and surprisely delicious:
Dalgona cookies(candy)
3 tbsp sugar
a pinch of baking soda
Korean peanut streusel bread (Soboro bread)
The dough
270g (2 cups) Bread flour
10g (2 tbsp) Powdered Milk
7g (1/4 oz) Instant dry yeast
2g (1/4 tsp)Salt
3 tbsp Sugar
100ml Warm Milk
1 egg beaten
2 tbsp Butter (room temperature)
The Streusel
76g (1/3 cup) Butter
48g (3 tbsp ) Peanut butter
90g Sugar
1 egg yolk
150g AP flour
1 tbsp Corn starch
12g Milk powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Honey

Asian mom's best companion the cardboard box! My mom recycled those and could carry like 5x's her weight in them, and she's tiny! It was a picnic box, grocery, baby shower treats, wedding supplies, party supplies, etc. It was how she moved things easily. Love seeing you use boxes often as well 😊🩷
