Surprise my husband at his work for Valentine's day, A day in life making fortune cookies!

This Valentine's Day I was flying from Orlando to Minneapolis to surprise my husband at work! First time make fortune cookies at home, packed them in hand drawing paper box! The fortune in the cookies made him so uncomfortable lol , but I requested he has to do what it says on the fortune!

Ingredients:
4 egg whites
1 cup Ap flour
1/4 cup rice flour
2 tsp Corn starch
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup sugar
6 tbsp Canola oil
3 tbsp water
1 tbsp Vanilla extract

I made Fortune cookies in hot oil not the oven. My father told me to use my cotton church gloves on my hands to shape them and it worked. This was in the '70's. They turned out pretty good.
