I have always said, whatever you are when you enter Disneyland, is what you will be in the Park, and when you leave the Park! Disneyland can't make you happy, you have to bring that with you! I like Honey I shrunk the kids , when that was in the theater. They should just play Disney / Pixar movies in there. They don't need any original Ideas for the theater when they already have a bunch of original films. It's a movie theater. They should take advantage. Free Movies . Sell popcorn and soda for like 5 bucks .

Thank you Fresh Baked for this confirmation My adult children have been taking advantage of this time between seasons to actually enjoy attractions after a hard day of work, they had tried this previously during the beginning of the Halloween season and were greeted by the large crowds and long wait times. If you're a local then this is the time to go since the crowds are smaller and the wait time are short

Bucket list for me is to go immediately after Halloween, BEFORE Christmas officially begins. Still get castle snow (what a Christmas card pic!), but no official food/buckets/events (parades etc). Small World will be closed. Anyway, maybe in 2025!!! 70th anniversary, too! 🏰❄️🏰❄️🏰

We used to tie the balloon on the Stroller…my kids…then the Grandkids. Now I tie it on the Scooter I need to rent. Lol don’t think it would go over good to take a lighted balloon on a dark ride these days.

I went there last year, first day was Nov 1st. I figured, day after Halloween, a week before the Christmas season officially opens - there would be a lull - And I was right!!! No so many people went for that whole week, and I got to see the Halloween to Christmas transformation happen in that week. The only thing I missed was the Christmas tree! This year we went mid October, so it was crowded but still did bucket list items.

Just missed you and also hit the sweet spot! Was there last week on Wednesday & Thursday, which were also enjoyably low crowds compared to what I was anticipating. We did miss having parades, Fantasmic & fireworks, but getting in 20 attractions in one day, plus having time to enjoy our food & some entertainment, was worth the trade off. Thank you for all of your videos - they helped us plan and enjoy things so much!! Only get to go once every 2-3 years for a day or two, so need all the help we can get to really make the most of our precious time there. Agree with what you said, it was lovely!

Hey man, I appreciate the move to try your LAV mic. One note about using a LAV, it doesn't pickup as much ambient sound as your phone mic. But in the video mode, your phone mic has not the best sound, due to it being a phone mic. As a good overall mic for your phone, check out either a Shure MV88 or Rode VideoMic. I've actually used the MV88 many times in major feature films and TV shows.

Skip the balloon. The expense of the balloon lies in the act of babysitting the balloon and what it denies you in the park. You will have more freedom to experience the rides without the balloon. Just skip the balloon and enjoy what is there.

Hey David! Maybe take a look at the DJI osmo pocket. They also have the pocket 2 now but 1 is great too. It’s tiny and is a camera /gimbal and can plug into your phone. May be worth checking out. Doubt it will be as bright as fancy cam but look into it. Side note, I watch every video, and love going along to Disney. I live in Burbank but don’t have a season pass. Enjoy!

Ahhh, scuttlebutt. I learned this term in the Marine Corps, and you’re correct, it’s a nautical term for water barrels or a more modern day water cooler. And since people would tend to gather around the office water cooler to gossip, it quickly took on the meaning of “gossip” or in the Navy & Marines, to “spread the word”. FreshBaked. David, Just the right vibe at Disneyland tonight. Since the "Snow White" upgrade the attraction seem's to be more popular. I agree with you "Alice" is the best upgrade. I also like over the years how with the "Teacups" they turned this whole area into an English Garden. I also like the "new" view at the side of the Castle that gives a great look across the Hub and the start of Main St. When you leave Fantasyland through the Castle it always looks taller than it really is. For many, many years, Disney's never worried about buiding's being empty. How long was the "Jolly Holiday" building empty for? If you keep them empty you don't have to put anything inside them. The ghost of Pressler still haunts Disney park management. Sad but true. Cheers, Chris Perry.

I honestly think our castle is the mossy beautiful one. Maybe Shanghai too... but ive never seen that one before the others are too big. Oh yes please let’s talk about tomorrow land theater. I would love to see Disney gut out all that area around and under space mountain. Redevelop the mountain to include the area under it. Expand the indoor portion of the queue to include more “story” or ambiance for the ride. Or you can add a second track to the mountain. It would really help with the queue line along with the hot days in the sun would be over.

Hey Dapper Dave I got a go pro hero 10 and it works great for night time video. We took footage at the AZ fair I need to finish editing and drop. I took footage at Goldfield and caught two ghost 👻 in a pic we did the haunted tour and they gave me permission to record. It was cool up on our channel.
