I met you guys last night right after the magic parade and you guys and pixar Charlie were so sweet and kind and took a picture with me and made my whole trip!!! Seeing you guys was the most special moment ever!! I'm from Nor Cal and haven't been to Disneyland since I was a little kid and I've been OBBSESSED with your guys' videos! I was hoping so much I might get to see you guys and I did!!!! And it was so special!! Thank you guys for taking the time to say hi to me and let me get a picture!!! Love this! Graupel are soft, small pellets formed when supercooled water droplets (at a temperature below 32°F) freeze onto a snow crystal, a process called riming. If the riming is particularly intense, the rimed snow crystal can grow to an appreciable size, but remain less than 0.2 inches. Have fun!

Snow doesn't bounce and it creates an even dusting, not cute little pellets - like hail. Very cool though. I was actually there on this day! I can first hand confirm it was in fact hail. (I'm back home in Northern Canada now)

That’s such a shame Charlie missed the falling ice. He even grew a nice and fluffy moustache and beard to keep his face warm! 😄Thank you guys so much for the preview of the Food and Wine offerings for this year! You and I seem to have very similar tastes in food. The one drink I am tempted to get, happens to be one you liked. The tequila colada with the peach in it. Did you buy a purple or green glow grapes? I will oribably buy both, because I’m an idiot, and I didn’t get a glow lotus for the Lunar New Year fest, when I went. The only item I didn’t agree on was the brownie. The reason you hate it will be the reason I will love it. Thanks for the warning about the texture though. I will know to use a knife for that. I have to admit, I freaked out when I saw the snow falling. That was crazy!

The populated sea-level areas of California don’t really get snow, so an event like the other week when we get sea-level snow is rare and exciting. Unfortunately once you get inland, away from the major cities, they usually do get snow and are like Utah…. And then when it’s snowing all the way at sea level they are getting “OMG” snow which is why you’re hearing about people who are trapped in 12 feet of snow and stuff from some of those mountain/inland communities right now. Snowing at sea level is exciting, but very bad.

@@jaanfo3874 That's true that it can be exciting, but bad. I am just glad whenever California gets any kind of precipitation. I grew up in a valley north of Sacramento and we only ever got snow like every 10-20 years, and most of the time it was maybe an inch. This year they got about 6" in some areas. It's crazy!

It looked like sleet to me a mixture of snow and rain it’s not hail cause hail is hard rain pellets that hurt when you get hit by it. I get snow where I live and we also get sleet too.

I live about an hours drive on a good day north of Disneyland. We had been snowed on twice in one week. Very unusual, there has been unseasonable snow all over southern california. Hope you all got pictures, might not happen again for another 20 Plus years.

Hey Katie and Spencer- Interesting vlog!! I am very amazed that it would snow at Disneyland and it has never done this before. The stuff that was on Katie's hand was definitely snow. Layers are a must wear clothing when it's cold like this. As a Norcal resident, I have never been to Disneyland while it's snowing and I wonder what kind of Disney day would bring if that were to happen. Pixar Charlie brings tons of fun to your vlogs and I love his friendly humor. Keep up the amazing work BLAB!!
