Yay, as soon as we complain about not seeing a Southwest special livery, one shows up at TPA!! Don't think I've ever seen California One at SFO... Sal is at SFO today...he's always so much fun to see!

Nice shots of the MD11. Is a big boy. It was MXY136 that left around 6am. Was probably him on earlier flight. Yey Foxy Moxy and 👨‍✈️. Wow - crowded monorails. Super moon was beautiful. Piedmont was nice looking as well as the Gulfstream. Also that CA SW livery - wow!

Captain-back in the early 80’s there was a pilot group out of Avon Park that fled medical supplies for Doctors Without Borders. I flew with them to Haiti 5 times in a Cessna 206. We loaded it with all sorts of medical and pharmaceutical supplies as well as tens of cartons of cigarettes. They were the bribe to the TouTou Macou (armed militia). They got cigarettes to let the supplies get to the woman and children who needed it. Fuel was twice the cost and the tower played with us moving us all over before letting us depart. I was scared out of my wits a few times-no fun looking at an AK-47 pointed at me. Five trips was enough as the Haitian government suspended DWB from their work there.

Debbie, Helene & Milton thoroughly trashed my 8 foot tall okra plants reducing them to 5 feet & Milton trashed the Banana pepper plants as well as Mad Hatter pepper plants & Tabasco pepper plants; now the surviving Okra plants are dying back; 100mph winds took their toll.
