It isn't very hard. I worked at Disneyland for six years in Resort Transportation and Parking. I ran the tram operation for a while. It is a great job to have if you are in college too. I think all you have to do is when you are old enough and ready to start working, apply online then wait for the interview. When I was interveiwed it was a group interveiw with simple questions like describe a time in which you had to work as a team. The whole hire prosses takes a day, training is few days.

Well smart girl ware do u live are u near a Disney park? I love and will die to work at Disney parks. Yet sadly I live in NC so the only job with Disney I can get is working at the store.Its a smart idea 2 look into a job now. Disney Youth Education Series is for young pp grades 3‐12 and even College. It may help at lest it getting to do something I just die to do I am 23yr yet if I was 13 n lived near a Disney park I do the Education Series. I send u the link
