Please tell, at what point did you drain all of the grease from the bacon and the beef in the bowl? Before adding cheese at the end, or did you pull the dish out and drain each one and then put it back in the oven to continue cooking and then pull it out to put the cheese on? Честно, странный рецепт, а что там выпекать под беконом, когда уже все готово а потом еще и сыром посыпать сверху?! Ну хотя бы картошечку там положила. Очень жирно калорийно и не полезно. Но, пусть каждый сам решает «что кушать», а потом бегом к семейному доктору - ой-ой-ой!!!

This looks like a quadruple bypass in a bowl! You've got fat from the ground meat, from the bacon, the cheese, and the egg (albeit not much by comparison. ) All the fat that goes into the bowl ain't goin' nowhere except right into your bloodstream.

Спасибо за внимание к рецепту! Начинка - это обжарка из лука, моркови, грибов, фарша, чеснока и яйца, завернутая в бекон и запечённая. Сыр я добавляла уже в конце, но без него тоже будет отлично - попробуйте!
