Ingredients:
Crust layer***
200 grams of plain biscuits
1/3 cup melted unsalted butter + 1 tbsp
Cream layer***
One tablespoon of gelatin, dissolved in ¼ cup of water
250g of high quality cream cheese
powdered sugar 1 cup
200 ml whipping cream
2 tsp of vanilla
2 cups strawberries, cut in half, placed in the center of the tray on the sides
Strawberry jelly layer***
2 teaspoons gelatin dissolved in ¼ cup of water
250g of strawberries
3 tablespoons of sugar
1/3 cup water
