As someone living on 55m2 this layout was interesting to study. For me, the priorities are different. The largest part of the house seems to be the kitchen/diner. which is the part least used measured in minutes/hours a day. So I would prioritize the living area for the larger part. Switching the living with the kitchen/diner and dropping the diner table creates a house that would work better for me, and better than the layout I currently have. Well done and thanks for this video.

Très très belle maison. Rien à dire si ce n'est bravo. Enfin une maison avec une vraie porte d'entrée plutôt qu'entrer par une porte fenêtre. Enfin pas trop de place perdue pour une machine à laver qui prend souvent presque la place d'une pièce. La salle de bains baignoire et douche : grand luxe qu'on ne voit pas souvent. Chambre spacieuse avec rangement. Le salon j'aurais aimé un peu plus large mais il est parfait avec l'entrée indépendante et ses placards. Bravo mesdames et messieurs. Très beau nid douillet où lin ne peut que se sentir très bien 😊. Isabelle. 🎉🎉🎉

Wenn jemand überhaupt ein Haus bauen möchte, verstehe ich dann nicht, warum er etwas so Minimalistisches machen sollte, alles eng, komprimiert und erdrückend? Und Kinder scheiden bei diesem Konzept definitiv aus. So etwas möchte ich nicht haben.
