I appreciate the comment man and I totally see what you're saying, and all love to you as well. I would agree with you, but I help kids at the skatepark all the time off camera. How would you know I don't do this stuff if I don't post it? I do 110% agree that that good deeds shouldn't be done only to make content/money from, but I was going to give this scooter to someone anyway, and I thought how cool it would be to make a story about it and show people the positive side of skateparks, scooter riders, and just people in general. The goal of the video was to spread positivity, not make money off of a kid who needs a scooter. I have given kids parts in the past, fixed scooters, hung out with kids who don't have people to ride with, helped them learn tricks, etc etc.. not bragging to you, just letting you know that I am kind to people even off camera. And I don't post about it for this exact reason, so you don't see it. And lastly, if creators didn't monetize their positive content, you would see much less positive content, simply because we would not be able to support ourselves. We have to make a living some how, and a lot of us just barely scrape by. I disagree that people who make positive content shouldn't be able to monetize it, because then they wouldn't be able to make the content in the first place without paying their own bills. But I do agree that the motives for making positive content should not be money or views.
