Hey Lizze :) Ik you’ll probably never see this but a few videos ago you said “you dont have to want to do something to get it done” and boy has that helped me with my depressive episodes. Whenever I feel like i dont want to eat, go outside, shower, etc. i just say that to myself and i make it happen! And in return, it’s made my episodes a lot shorter and less distressing. Thank you ❤

Honestly, the time spent on Christmas is IT. Inviting everyone over for a big breakfast is the bestest of memories, and to open your house to people, it's a sweet thing. A basic manuals mandoline with interchangeable blades it the easiest way to matchstick carrots fyi. I woukd just slice them into little half circles myself though, i think a matchstick shape will be difficult to spoon up.

Your 2023 experiences are not something you can get later. Totally worth it. Beautiful. I LOVE soup! I have been craving Caldo soup. I finally made it myself. Luckily for me I was able to buy the produce altogether in one package And my part of Texas this is a typical normal thing probably somewhere in your region of California there is a store that sells A package of all the protein you need. The base is beef but this is a very easy soup that can be made into a vegan soup - eliminate the beef and use vegan beef bullion.
