Hey Vin, ive had heaps of twin plates and i have 5 beemaz all turbo manual.. I find that with a hell hard or grippy clutch, to put the friction point about 1 inch off the floor.. Adjust the clutch at the pedal..! That way the pedal doesn’t get a run up of 3-4 inches then grab aggressively.. You can just pivot with your heal, about 1 inch later, you have more control.. give it a go bro! You probably know all this info, if not, its free to try, my gfriend can drive my twin plate e36.. If shes lucky haha 🤙

Toyota do make some really nice gearboxes...I had a early 5 speed Celica box with a bellhousing conversion kit in a 66' HR Holden behind 192cu six, awesome shifting box. I don't think we got the wagon IS series here in Oz
