I have a lot of problems sleeping at night because of anxiety, and I diffuse essential oils in our bedroom before bed. It's made a world of difference! I notice a huge difference if I don't start the diffuser before going to sleep. Roman Chamomile and Cedarwood are my favorites.

I am so happy you guys are going to experience Bali! I went there a few years ago and it was amazing. I did some volunteer work and I got to explore, so I really got to see a lot of Bali. Some of the best temples are Uluwato, Tonalot, and Tertil Empul. There are a few beaches there that are pretty rad as well like Echo, Bingen, Belongan, and Canggu. If you want some more cultural activities I would say they are the best around Ubud (open market, cultural dance at the Leki Laka restaurant). Shopping is probably the best in Ubud and sometimes at the Seminyak and Tonalot temple. But I would highly recommend going to the Tertil Empul and go super early! If you go early there will be no one there and it just is a really cool experience. I hope you have a wonderful time on your trip!! Bali is such rad a place but also just be careful if you guys are out at night riding scooters around or anything like that since it can be a little sketchy from what I have heard. Anyways, Bali is so beautiful and i'm sure you two will love it! I hope my suggestions helped!

Ahhh I love Bali! You have to go to motel mexicola,siterfiels,the W, Ku De Ta, Batik + the bikini bar - they are all restaurants/fancy hotels that are so beautiful. If you get a chance to head down Jimbaran Bay make sure you got to Sundara - its so beautiful at sunset. Also, Ayana rock bar is beautiful too.

If you're staying at a resort, usually they have a lot of facilities and fun activities! Swim at the pool, play arung jeram, go to the beaches, and definitely watch the Kecak Dance! Hope you'll have a great time at Bali! Love from Indonesia!💕

I live in Indonesia and I just got back from Bali like yesterday, there are sooo many places you should visit in Bali.. actually it depends on what kind of activity you want to do, is it more towards the outdoor kind of activity or hangout at a luxurious beach club & trying out restaurants? But in general you should check some of these on google that I really recommend: 1. UBUD - 1,5hr from airport (monkey forrest, ubud hanging garden famous infinity pool, bali swing, tegalalang rice paddies terrace) 2. NUSA PENIDA - small island near Bali around 30-40 mins by speed boat, stay a night there, rent a motorcycle and visit kelingking beach (go up on the hill see from above the cliff), pasih uug (hole in a cliff to the open ocean), angel bilabong (natural lagoon) 3. best beach clubs: finns beach club, karma kandara namos beach club (go down to the beach with an open air lift from the cliff, you can use their snorkeling gear & canoe for free. some nights they also have open air cinema by the beach), nikki beach bali, komune beach club, ku de ta, potato head, the lawn, azul beach club 4. best sunset: Single fin or el kabron (both are restaurant/bar on a cliff), rock bar ayana (literally a bar on a huge coral rock by the beach), impossible / bingin beach, some beach clubs like ku de ta, potato head, the lawn 5. best sunrise: sanur beach area, the mandara toll over-water high way, mount batur sunrise trekking 6. best restaurants: merah putih, sarong, kilo, metis, ju-ma-na, swept away samaya ubud, locavore ubud, kubu restaurant ubud, nook, gusto gelato, bebek tepi sawah / bebek bengil (both are in ubud and famous for its crispy duck by the rice paddies, both are similar in taste so just pick one), nasi campur kedewatan ibu mangku, try their warong (warung murah, warung nikmat, nasi pedas bu andhika.. becareful of the spicy-ness), naugthy nuri's 7. best bar / club: da maria, mirror, old's man, motel mexicola 8. other cute / instagramable restaurants / bar: mrs. sippy, cabina, folie, sisterfields, kim soo, sun of panama, lazy cats cafe ubud, starbucks ubud, la laguna, the deck nusa penida 9. temples: pura uluwatu (cliff), tirta empul temple (bath for healing), tanah lot temple (on a huge rock by the beach), lake batur temple (very picturesque), pura besakih (the biggest, there are temples inside this temple. very good to see the traditional balinese religious ceremony), pura lempuyang (they call it the gate to heaven, up above the clouds) 10. other activities: SPA!!! there are plenty from super cheap to the most luxurious ones!!, bali zoo, bali safari & marine park (restaurant with glass window overlooking the animals), payung rafting, lake kintamani, dusun kuning waterfall, watersport at tanjung benoa, suluban beach, blue point beach, geger beach Hope you got pretty much all the info you need, don't hesitate to ask me, i'd be gladly to asnwer your questions if you have any!
