I don't think you should stop KZbin just because of the hate comments from one video, treat that as constructive criticism. I started watching KZbin videos in general (like many of you) during lockdown since i was living alone and kind of got addicted to it. My close ones had told me a lot of times that i should stop watching these videos because most of the content shown are not real.
