I was born in Honolulu, but we moved to the mainland when I was about 2 years old so I don’t remember anything. Someday I hope to return to visit with my mom. Polynesian Culture Center is high on my list of places to see. I’d like to experience more of the culture and explore off the beaten path vs. the tourist traps for the most part. Would love to know where you guys hiked and went to the beach, as well as good places to eat that are not in tourist zones. Do you have any tips for affordable lodging, renting a car, etc. I’m also wanting to see at least one more island if we can swing it financially, and am wondering if you have any suggestions or tips about that…or recommendations for which to visit. The swap market looked fun, but other than that we are not interested in shopping. More into the history and culture, and the nature aspects.

I was born in the pink Army hospital in Honolulu but moved when I was 4. I’m turning 50 this year and my husband took me in April. It felt right being there, it’s hard to explain. We did PCC as well and highly recommend it. KAP was so funny! We did a private tour and it was great getting to know our tour guide and learning more about Samoa and being a student there.

I went to the Polynesian cultural center a few mouths ago when I was there, it’s so amazing and beautiful. I highly recommend to people that are going to Honolulu. Best luau I’ve ever been to!

I love your videos!! Especially this one. I noticed when you were at the swamp meet that you are in Oahu and my family lives there and we visit once every couple years. And I went to the Polynesian cultural center. But I'm from Minnesota. Hawaii is an awesome state and I love the island of Oahu. The swamp meet is just another way to say farmers market. And I love when I was at Polynesian cultural center I loved all of the dances that they do. Have you ever drank out of a coconut? I haven't but I will Eventually. And the catching the fish one was impossible. Also the fire show I went to at the Polynesian cultural center was AMAZING and tHe night show you watched 10:30 that's the one I went to it is awesome! I don't understand how they sat on fire?

My name is Anthony Powell but everybody calls me Tony. I live in terrell Texas but i am from Floydada Texas its a small town where everybody knows everybody but thats the way I like it. I am 41 years old and have been in a wheelchair my whole life. I was born with Cerebral Palsy and I am classified as a spastic quadrapeligic. You may think my life is hard but God has blessed with me with a loving mom and a great little sister. Football is not all that I like though I love playing games online, if you ask my sister I am addicted. laugh out loud!! Some of my favortie Tv shows include Celebrity Big Brother and Big Brother. NCIS, CSI, Wrestling, and Dog The Bounty Hunter. I also love to go bowling with my family and friends. As you can see having these disabilities has never stopped me from being me or doing what I want to do and I am not about to let it stop me now. I am attending Pheonix to get my degree in Criminal Justice because it is something that has always intrested me and I would love to be able to help other people out. I wouldn't be the person I am today if it wasn't for my Papa. He tought me everything I know about helping others out he was always fair to everybody. He was truely the greatest man I ever knew. You might have a Greek god husband. My husband is a Hawaiian God / Samoan God. Plus also you can also say he and daughters 4 of them related to Aquaman the guy who played him and also he's related to the guy who played Maui. And I'm a Caucasian woman that have British and all kinds of mess other stuff. Just found out this week that he is related to King Kamehameha. King's uncle is my husband's 10th great grandfather who was king of the Big Island. I know he did not fight for the big island to get the island the king. He was given on the deathbed of the other king of the Big Island to his cousin and himself. They share Royal blood. Just makes me a princess of this Kingdom. If you were up to date about Hawaii. No treaty of annexation for the Kingdom of Hawaii to America. This is still Kingdom of Hawaii and always has been. Aloha and welcome home. And mahalo for all your videos I like watching. Also I'm 62 years old. My husband's father was a chief after his father died he would have moved back to Samoa if he wanted to be chief. So he gave his title and his village to his brother. So in order to be the chief of a village you have to be living on the land of Samoa. I guess you'll have to be my age to understand the cultures that I was raised by oh yeah I forgot to tell you I was raised on Oahu. Met my husband in 1986 we got married in 1988 now that's 2022 to find out that my husband's royalty from both cultures is very great. How you can tell someone's raised in Hawaii. They can sit down and eat Kailua pig, Laulau, poi, lomi lomi salmon. And don't give sink eye. Also locals and Hawaiians speak to pigeon but the wife yeah sounds more like American. I bet she was raised in America and came to Hawaii with her baby was baby.
