No way! I’m at 30 fps around busy areas with OC 4.5 on i7-6700k GTx1070. How you get so high FPS. I’m CPU bottleneck.

MAG660M Mortar I5 12400F GTX1080ti 16gb Ram Runs XP12 great with good settings, Felis 747 runs a bit slower but IXEG and ZIBO are great.

X-Plane 12 wouldn’t really be considered a “game”. It’s suited for the professional pilot, either current pilot, aspiring pilot, or pilot in training. The sim actually works really well on a Mac.

Those minimum requirements are a joke At lowest settings it will look worse than XP11. Performance will be terrible on any of the more advanced planes that come with XP12, and some areas (like EGLL) will be unusable. Though I guess you could use it for GA at small airports. Personally, I think if you have hardware that old you will have a better time with XP11. As for RAM I have had XP crash with a "totally out of memory" error with 16Gb. I do have some plugins though which increase requirements. Also these requirements assume you are using 1 screen. Each screen you add significantly impacts framerate. Two screens nearly halves it. Three screens drops it to nearly 1/3.

@@flightsimdeskuk yup, def worth future proofing with some newer hardware for xp12…. I haven’t had any major issues on xp12, but i think those minimum requirements are enough to run the demo for about 5 mins. Def not long term with medium to high settings.

@MGS1-t3w yes I think a really good cpu with a decent GPU are most important priorities. Ram as a third priority but still wouldn’t go less than 24. Preferred 32.

Dude, gotta tell it straight up. you made a video where you read the specs of the x-plane website page. how does this help anyone other than those who can't read? and one suggestion: learn how to pronounce en-vid-ee-uh before you make another video referencing their graphic cards. it's a dead giveaway that you have little to no experience in this space.
