I commented 2 months ago "thank you I needed this" , it's been 2 months and since then I've cleaned up a bad drug habit, stopped my eating disorder i had for 6 years, reunited with old friends , finished my project car, and got my act together with school. I don't know you but I just saw this comment and I want you to now trouble don't last always. Yes we have people depending on us but its okay to focus on you from time to time. Some days I have to go minute by minute, not day by day. Life will always bring you a hint of joy, something that makes you laugh. Please know that all will be well. Try to walk outside and out your feet in the grass. Breathe for just a little bit and give yourself grace to simply be. I am praying for you. That's coming from a woman who didn't believe in God and gave up on life several times. It's always worth hanging in there. (Screaming and crying is healthy) 😃In a pillow. My go to black out bath video. (Black out bath being a bath taken in the dark) I add a lot of bath salts so I float more and it helps with my after work pains. Add some Tylenol and an empty house and it’s just the de- stimulation I need after a loud day with too many lights

Listening to this while doing some self care. I got my diffuser going with eucalyptus. I used a eucalyptus soap and shower steamer while in the shower. I used eucalyptus lotion, too. Then I journaled. This music just set everything off. I feel more relaxed.
