Let me die with no love. Let my eyes close with no light. Let those who hate me be the ones to witness my death. Let my body be plunged in the deepness of earth. Where shall my soul dwell after? My life was nothing but hardships and threatening evils. They lurk about hunting me in the process; how long must I be afraid? Will pain be the only feeling I have mentally as it leeches to my mind and sucks me dry until my flesh rots and my bones are broken? Every joint and ligament is out of place. My tongue is parched with thirst. My heart grows faint and my eyes grow dim because of hopelessness. Is there anyone who would feel for the man banished into the depths of darkness? Will anyone care for the one cast off from light? If every thing in this world perishes then who is a savior for those destined to be lost in death? Why does life even awaken to open its eyes and go about here? Does it not know those it lives for will be taken by its enemy? Why are you so helpless to this evil place? Will you forever be held captive to destruction and its hosts; chaos, disorder, hatred, and, corruption? Will you ever sprout up newness? Will you bring your wonderous friends; peace, justice, love, and goodness? Why is it left unknown to us only to wait days without number watching as you forsake us? Look at you two casting judgment upon one another, dear life and death. Hatred you are like a fire that consumes all in its path leaving it withered, Love you are like a fire that refines gold and silver making it beautiful. You oppose each other as far as east and west flee from one another! When I see the balance of you both in knowledge, I wonder how either of you can prevail and take victory over the other. Even if you do overcome, how long shall you reign before battle begins once again? Who are the rulers of good and evil? Shall I compare your rulership's to Satan and Jesus. Why do you both battle for souls to grow up wickedly immoral or righteously moral? Do our actions and choices decide our fate? Is all of this just a coincidence? If so explain to me why there is light and darkness and why they cannot merge to become one. Who set the foundations of truth and lies and told us what they are? Even still every single person builds their heart and mind on such things reaping consequences or rewards. This is what they are; bitterness or sweetness, sorrow or joy, virtue or vice, uprightness or deceitfulness, and foolishness or wisdom. My thoughts now rest knowing everyone shall make their decisions of what to believe. Is there a power in this world that wishes our doom and downfall? Is there a power outside this universe that wishes our miracle and uprising? Tell me then what insight is if not these things. What is understanding if not this?
