Fit before you buy is the best advise ever. I felt a deep pang in my heart during the ride, I hope that the tradition of stiff upper lip isn't preventing from any help needed.

The sun has disappeared again now but it was here for a bit!!! Glad you enjoyed the video. I haven't actually seen Mary's bike fit, I must look that one up then. I finally got to meet her in January at Franny's wedding, she's lovely!
