Few rules, Always open outside in a bucket of water. Take bread and put potato/onion/mayo and little piece fish. That way it's quite good actually

Hi, I have watched some surströmming videos and in Sweden we eat it together with flat bread with mashed potatoes, sour cream, chopped chives and red onion and it tastes really good then. Next time try to opened it under water in a bucket. ;-)

depends on the person, my father for instance loves eating stuff like that such as roquefort cheese, meanwhile i gag when i smell it and struggle eating peas and a day old cooked steak lol.
