Ingredients :-
1cup split chickpeas (Chana Dal)
1/4cup split black gram
1/4 pihak/flattened rice
3 spoon curd
1/2 cup water for grind
1spoon ginger chilli paste
2 spoon oil 1/4 spoon turmeric
salt to taste
2 cup water
3/4 spoon lemon flavour eno
red chilli powder and black pepper powder for garnishing
locha masala ingredients
1spoon black pepper
1 spoon roasted cumin powder
1 spoon chat masala
1/2 spoon black salt
1.5 spoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
locho chutney
2 green chillies
1/2 cup mint leaves
1 cup coriander
2tbsp lemon juice
1/3 cup fafda
salt to taste
1/2 spoon cumin
1spoon sugar
2 to 3 tbsp water
