today i have shared surat special locho recipe with its special masala and chutney. its very easy to make and very popular dish /street food in surat and so tasty so friend try out this recipe here are all ingredients
1 cup chana daal
1/4 cup urad daal
1/4 cup rice flex
soak for 3 hours and grind into coarse paste
keep in warm place for 7 to hoirs for fermentation
for locho masala :
1 tbsp roasted cumin powder
1 tbsp chaat masala
1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
1/2 tbsp black salt
1 tbsp red chilly powder
mix all together
for green chutney
1/2 cup coriander
1/2 inch ginger
3 green chilly
1 small bowl gathiya
salt to taste
1/2 lemon juice
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp chill water
