Green Masala

2 tbsp - fresh coconut
1.5 tbsp -peanuts
2-3 chopped garlic
1/2 inch chopped ginger
2-3 green chili
1.5 tbsp - sesame seeds
2 tbsp - chopped green garlic leaves
1/2 cup - coriander leaves
salat as per taste
1/4 tsp -turmeric powder
1/2 tsp -red chili powder
2 tsp - coriander powder
1 tsp -dry mango powder
1 tbsp -sugar
1 tsp -undhiyu masala
1/4 tsp -asafoetida
2-3 tsp -water if required

1 cup - surati valor
1 cup -valor
3-4 - baby eggplant
1 ripe banana
1/4 cup - green tuver
1/4 cup - green peas
1/4 cup - chopped potato
1/4 cup - chopped sweet potato
1/4 cup - chopped purple yam(potato)
Prepared green masala
salt as per taste
2 tbsp - oil
1 tsp - carom seeds
1/2 tsp - cumin seeds
pinch of asafoetida
pich of turmaric powder
1/4 cup water
8-9 - methi muthiya
