@@jussayinmipeece1069 you're wrong though. the point SCM is trying to make is not about invading privacy, it's that we have willfully given away any privacy we once had. every conversation you have had on your phone is recorded. even if you're not actively on a call, the microphone is picking up what you are saying at all times. every photo you have taken of yourself with your phone has been uploaded to a massive cloud and in reality it is impossible to be anonymous with what technology the average person uses today. every time you hit 'I Accept' to any TOS for an app, an account, a program, anything, you're handing over your freedoms without truly understanding it. it only becomes uncomfortable once you attach a human to it. if your phone was just a man with a camera and a microphone that followed you wherever you went, you'd be much more aware of the lack of privacy you have. but as it's just a little robot that fits inside your pocket we brush it off. if the security cameras in stores or on street corners were people standing silently with cameras, you'd be uncomfortable. but as they're just little fixtures adhered to walls that we've become so used to, we don't think twice about them.
