Thanks for sharing.. very useful and informative video for prospective buyers like me. Yes I know people living in Delhi within 2 kms of its proximity do face problems with AC and fridge. They refill gas every year. Can’t say if humans are also getting affected slowly due to emission of drain’s contamination. Sobha’s construction quality may be very good but how can the residents will protect the ACs. And foul smell can’t be avoided. We will come to know once people start living in the society. Once again thanks for highlighting the issue. 👏👏👌

Najafgarh झील ये कहाँ पे स्थित है आप धनकोट की बात कर रहे हैं.. आपने देखा है यहां पानी कितना बदबूदार है और काला भी कभी जमीन पे जाकर भी देख लीजिए इसमे kine नालों का पानी आता है धनकोट Railway station से निकलते ही इस पानी की बदबू आप ट्रेन में भी महसूस कर सकते हैं जब हवा का बहाव station की तरफ होता है.. बेहतर होता Government इसको personally जाकर इसको देखे और पानी की जांच करे
