Excellent use/transition of the shemagh. I love it. Everything is neatly organized in clear containers. Did you make the baggies, collect them, or did you get them from somewhere? Finally, an additional video of field testing the kit would be perfect! Well done sir!

I made them myself, and thanks! I'll definitely make a video on using the kit.

Out of all the "kits" I see and hear people talk about, fishing is the only one I've seen that are actually worth it. Most people could actually catch fish with something like this. However, most people will not be able to survive with the other "kits".

Great presentation, but can we get a demo. Was hoping to see you actually catch something.

Maybe I'll make a separate video on improvised fish.

@@theaveragewoodsman6002 Great idea. I should have read this before posting the same thing above. :)

What do you use for your spools?
@theaveragewoodsman60022 ай бұрын
It depends. In this kit, I carved these out of cedar, but in other kits, I've just used the spool that came with the line.

What's the shelf life of the bait?
@theaveragewoodsman60022 ай бұрын
Well, there's no expiration date on any of the packages, but I did read somewhere online that they have a self life of 3 to 5 years if unopened. From my experience, the main thing is to keep them from drying out. Meaning, after each time that you use them, seal the package back up.
