Survival Hunters play similarly to Unhoky DK. They have bombs which can be thrown from range, Swofty had Aspect of the Eagle which allowed him to Mongoose Bite from range, and the charge you saw was Harpoon (the red icon you see on the screen). Dragonflight is really fun. It's the best expansion in a long time. Highly recommend.
