So... it's a game where you climb everywhere... but you're accompanied the entire time by a flying robot that seems to have infinite flight capability in any atmospheric condition. It can stop on a dime and rotate in place. But we're expected to assume that whatever's making it fly isn't powerful enough to lift a human?

maybe its like low fly gravity kinda thing, when on its own it can float as long it want but as soon you put some weight on it, its starts descending.

The idea of this robot is like an evolution of Astrobee which is currently in use and being researched upon in the ISS (on the ISS? Not a native speaker. This one gets me confused) But in a place with noticeable gravity like Mars, it should be a lot more noisy because that's essentially a drone. If this model is the same used in Deliver us the Moon, it probably wouldn't be strong enough to lift itself up

18:54 the slimer looking space suits are very possible even in outer space. Without the correct atmospheric pressure humans are just overstuffed meat-bags. So current suits are more like bulky mech suits that maintain a small atmosphere inside but if we can develop the right materials , compression suits should work just fine.

Probably not. Unfortunately, compression suits would do very little to protect you from micrometeorites, which would rip nasty holes in the suit, and the wearer.

The stuff you're climbing up looks to be some sort of cover or what not, thermal in nature maybe, not something designed for climbing. They would most likely just have ladders for maintenance or emergency access.

Man if you edit your videos the Atmosphere sounds where you put an echo on your voice even in like you're survival series where you go in tunnels and stuff. really hope to watch you play this game, this is a good one, scientifically speaking there is a thought out there that you cannot leave this planet without feeling paranoid and mentally unwell because of a low-vibratory hum that the earth has and we are accustomed to, so when we are away from this planet for too long we get uneasy and maybe even psychotic so prolonged time away from Earth might be detrimental unless we can re-create that sense of home

I know that part where you climb on the collapsing structure is probably scripted so the panels fall as you progress along (you’re not on the clock) but still, it’s so stressful to watch ! This reminds me of an older game called Hydrophobia...and that is 100% a good thing. 16:44 yea, there was a discussion about how humans can build a base and the difference in gravity from earth to mar is a big consideration. You jump higher, longer and farther. Plus the sand storms and freezing temperatures makes things a bit tricky.

Just a tip IGP: there was a second episode released for the previous game that you never played...if you don't want to be spoiled on the ending in this game, i can recommend you play that first. The echoing voice when you say something high pitched on the outside was a REALLY CLASSY touch, but I have to nitpick it unfortunately: no air on mars mate, nothing would carry your voice and create echo. But even if it's scientifically wrong, I won't deny that I liked it a lot. Plus, game looks great. I'll probably give it a chance.

There actually is air on Mars, it's just thin and not enough oxygen for us to breath. But because it's thin, sound doesn't travel anywhere near as far as on Earth, so yeah you're kinda right haha I didn't even think about it honestly.
