I really love the way you teach. You just pronounce Thai words just the way they are spoken in everyday life - for example, you pronounce "เท่าไหร่ " as เท่าไหล่ as it is spoken by Thai people in real conversation. Most of the teachers just insist on "ร" sound which is not practical for us learners. We learn from them this way and we hear another sound in real life which is very confusing for us. You just approach and tackle with practical pronunciation. Thank you very much Kruu Grace. ขอบคุณมากๆครับ

@@boristheblade209it’s such a fantastic Ap the best I have come across because of the literal translation she includes each time. This is probably the most important thing anyone has ever done for helping me understand Thai sentence structure which is almost completely backwards from English. 😮

Yu Nai, why some say Yu Ti Nai? Thanks
@thaiwithgrace92314 ай бұрын
You can also say อยู่ที่ไหน (yòo têe năi) but อยู่ไหน (yòo năi) is used more colloquial. Nai would just be like the shorthand of ti nai.

R or L? Rán a hản or Lán a hản? Other teacher spoke: RÁN a Hăn, not Lán. I confused totally. Or you can not speak R?
@thaiwithgrace92312 ай бұрын
It’s very common for Thais to use l instead or r. I can pronounce the r but most of the time I use the l sound. I’d say the majority of Thai people are the same.
@robdavinroy1761Ай бұрын
@@thaiwithgrace9231is it my understanding that the only time you hear the R spoken is on Thai news (formal) or the stewardesses speaking on the airplane, versus everyday normal conversation? This is a huge winner for me if I can stop trying to twirl the R sound with my toungue and just say L. 😅
