Those lights that give you Atlas words, I find they give you words more often if you take your time with them. Don't rush through and grab them as fast as you can. When you get a word, wait for the announcement to go away.

You need to reach "Galileo" milestone within the game to complete the Atlas path, along with 250 cadmium, emeril and i think indium. the star seed also increases your health

I've been planning on doing another playthrough getting as many atlas words as I can via the alien monoliths before starting the atlas path....because not ever learning what those early statements were is not an option for this particular Bob.

Doing the atlas path makes the most sense when you are doing the economy crashing and gathering the cheap/easy exosuit inventory. Since you are basically doing all the same stuff. It takes about as much time as grabbing the anomaly inventory slot if you are not bothering with the language.

Thanks for that, Bob! I tried completing the ATlas path but I didn't make the various things as I went along. When I reached the end I hit one of the coloured plinths which took me to a portal, which dumped me in a new galaxy. However, it wasn't good. Everything was broken, my suit, my ship, my multitool. No component was working at all. And I didn't have anything in my backpack to make anything that would help. Meanwhile I was getting roasted, with no caves nearby. I think I did it wrong!

You know you need to complete the Atlas path to build the "Rememberance" from the end of the Artemis quest, right? Because you need the "Heart of the Sun" to build it, and that's only available through the Atlas path.

The whole Atlas thing is a pretty heavy thing to drop on someone... God created the Universe as a simulation but exists on a separate dimensional plane and can not experience it himself. So he creates us as an iteration in a simulated universe so we can experience joy, success, love, hate, pain, failure, loss, futility... so that we can then report back to them about the experience so that he may have a better understanding of the Universe he created. Thats F'ing far out. And not much different than Sean Murray checking reviews on youtube to see what people think lol. Here's this universe in a little box, enjoy.

Survival bob i have a good tip for you so if your in a space station or a place where you can buy ships from people but if you have an Expensive ship and you can exchange it for 0 units and then go back to your expensive ship that you just traded you can claim your old ship for free and then scrap the other ship

by the way in the description of the first atlas seed, quasi is a type of star. They are very large stars that were born at the birth of the universe. They are so massive in fact that their cores collapsed into black holes and they slowly get eaten away over thousands of years and the black hole becomes a supermassive black hole.

The further down the atlas path storyline that you go the more glowing orbs with atlas words you will find in the station at any one time. When you first start out, there will only be like 3 or 4 per station visit, (and you can't revisit the same station to reset the orbs and learn more words, they will all be empty) but by the end of the storyline you will find like 30 orbs per station. Not every orb has a word you can learn from it and they are at random, I have not found any specific ones to contain words.

I do the same on new starts although the downside is that the Atlas stations often appear at non 3* systems which is a waste of jumps if you are only collecting 3* economy Space Stations.

Im on this now and agreed the things it says are like WHAAAAT?? lots of words and a pretty gift! I only have 729Ly range but i can manage the 'direct' jumps. How come in your games at the space stations you get AWESOME ships I NEVER see an 'S' or an exotic and RARELY an 'A' class :(((

I have two installable atlas seed thingies, and having both installed ups your health bar by two....and I remember getting bluprints to wierd MT tech that you had to install and farm unique material out ofnspecofoc plants or animals..... Or was part of that the living ship quest? That was last year, I cant be expected to think back that far. And I thought it was on atlas path that 16 was finally explained, and how and why atlas decides to make our character.... but I didnt see any of that in this video.... where did I see all that?

Bad thing is polo and nada forget who you are so I guess I beat the main story. Didn’t go to the center just went straight to a new galaxy. Now it says to find a new atlas station so idk why bc I finished the atlas path

Atlas words are learned at large alien monoliths. After solving the riddles you get an Atlas word and the reward..

Bro after I crafted my heart of the sun, I was stupid and created the remembrance seed (I think that’s what it’s called) right away. So when I went to the final atlas station I didn’t know what to do. I left the station and didn’t mark the system with that atlas station so I don’t know my way back so looks like I’m never gonna be able to finish the quest

Don't worry! Just ask Polo for an atlas station and it will automatically be like the final atlas station and you will be able to complete the quest. As for what to do, you need to activate those little spikes near the interface.

So I found a nice deposit spawn next to a trading post on a planet with bones. Idk I anyone else knows this, but you can put a save point at the deposit, collect your runaway mold and then save and reload. They will respawn...just donit again and again. I got 4 stacks in half an hour. Thinking, I should probably put this on the discord server. I'll do that when I get home.

Before portal interference was removed black holes were the fastest way to get to the center of the galaxy.

I think you can restart the mission when you have selcted it. Sometimes in the mission menu on the bottom you can choose to restart or you can press the middle mouse button or whatever you do to delete stuff on console. Hope that helps.

i been reading up on this games update and you now dont need 250 cadmium emeril and indium you just need the 10 atlas stones and they lowerd the milestone to magellan just under Galileo i just wanted to point that out because bobs videos are popular and people need a update on how to complete both the atlas and artemis path to unlock the new race, im only here to find out which stones i need to make 10 of because the stones are turning into the next one so which stones do i need, 10 red stones, 10 blue sun stone or 10 star seeds because again some stones are turning into another stone so i dont have 10 and i already have the star seed installed and been to a dozen or more atlas stations and still giving me the star seed blue print repeatedly, im not joking, -_- btw my milestone is 85 i skipped the stories because i was told there wasnt anything there just explore and have fun and now that i want to convert my guy to the robo race i need to complete the soo called story........just shoot me already x.x
