Do you have any family member who had this problem in past? Where have you been in last one month Tell me about your lifestyle? like how often you eat healthy or exercise? Do you have any signs of infection as nausea; vomiting; fever Do you know about Orientation of this place? Do you know for what you're here or are in your proper mental state How many meals do you eat in a day Have you been undergone any surgeries in past ? Were you under any medication in past? These are what I can think of right now; if you’ve any difficulty in understanding any question; plz reply in comment section
