Survive+Thrive checks out the Mossberg MVP Patrol Rifle

First time shooting our new rifle. Sorry for the sound quality, it was windy in the desert!
Rifle is chambered in 5.56.
Scope is Nikon P-223 3x fixed.
Scope rings P-mounts.

I have a MVP Patrol .223 and before ever going to the range I lubed the bolt and worked the action at least 100 times. It's now smooth as silk. I really like it and with my Vortex Crossfire II 2X7 it is lethal to 200 yards and beyond.

Good video. I've had mine for few months and really like it; perfect size, solid quality for the price and accurate out of the box.

The mossberg mvp patrol is an excellent brush gun, sights come sighted at a 100 yards but very easy to adjust, the bolt itself becomes stuff but like the guy said just some gun grease and that'll do the job

Would be nice if the mag release extended 1/4 inch below the stock.

Why are others in front of the firing line, even if off center. Move your table beyond the camping area.

Did not see your remark so I made the same remark . But your right never fire with people anywhere in front of your gun. Just not good safety.

Would the 308 version be a good hunting rifle (white tail) or any North America game

Great Rifle but the only problem I see is your firing further back on the line and to the left in the picture I see people forward of that line. Not a good safety idea if your practicing real gun safety. I don't fire unless everyone is behind the line so they don't stand a chance of a stray shot going their way. Otherwise you video was well done.
