I looked it up and it looks like three Cubans were stranded on the island for 33 days Oct 2021. According to Wikipedia the island was discovered in 1511 by the Spanish. The light house and structures were built in 1839 and were active until the 1940's when the island was deserted.. Really cool video

A copy of part of my complaint to KZbin. "I have a complaint about your so-called "age-restricted video" notice on Expedition Evans, I have not seen ANY footage on their shows that I would not allow my grandchildren to see. If there was any evidence of any kind of inappropriate content, then all the sailing videos I watch (and there is several) should have the same restrictions. Please take note! there are a few Expedition Evans haters out there that will lie/make false accusations to hurt them. Brett and Jade, just watched EE Extra. So sorry that you are going through this difficult time. There has been a great shift in much of the world to hate, especially where a computer or smart phone can protect the aggressors. On a much smaller scale , I have had very similar experiences trying to use FB as a platform to find find employees. The comments and comments were so unexpected and are impossible to understand. I’ll keep this short, but I’ve watched your videos from the very beginning. They give me joy, an escape, something to look forward to, and something that I share with my family. Your videos are of the highest quality and the content is amazing. We are all so lucky for the places that we get to experience because of you. Mercy! I grimaced you walking around on the sharp rocks. We've been around rocks like that but nothing as expansive as the deserted island. Another person mentioned the name of the island(s) - Cay Sal Bank. I found this on Wikipedia “Cay Sal Lighthouse, a tall stone lighthouse was built by the British on the island of North Elbow Cay in 1839 along with some small buildings.[10] It marked the southern entrance to the Florida Straits from the Gulf of Mexico and was active until the 1940s.[10] The abandoned lighthouse was briefly reactivated during the 1970s, when the Royal Bahamas Defence Force set up a post on nearby Cay Sal Island to watch for drug smugglers.”

KZbin needs to revise the "community guidelines" to prevent a small group of complainers from causing a video to be restricted or taken down from certain creators when, upon review, the restrictions are consistently reversed. KZbin needs to be able to internally flag certain creators as "persecuted" so that they are not taken down automatically but are required to be reviewed by a person with very specific justifications before take down.
