Amen. Especially that social media comparison. Not many friends on Facebook. But to see a female friend/ ex coworker there. I could be so upset. She left town. Got married. ( I was invited, too far. In another city). She has been very successful. Degrees, and a career in mental health. Two children and a home. She only keeps in touch by message. I call it her "Facebook life". I never see anything bad. I see her family. All their travels. She did invite me to visit , by message. She would pay for a ticket there. And I would need no money. She remembered me as her best friend. The words matter to me. I am glad she still loves me, as a long distance friend . I live alone, lost a lot. But I have my savior Jesus Christ. I have some church friends and my sister. Plus I have some good neighbors. It could be worse. This message was for me. ❤ God is good and God loves me. I am blessed to have a Bible scholar as a pastor. I learn more about God from his sermons 🙏🏾
