i had the same story. no indication of issues. just had a nuclear stress test. was doing physical work 2 days before. felt unusual pressure in my chest. called the ambulance. a few tests later said i needed quad bypass. i had been caring for my wife with her cancer for 5 years. she passed in my arms 2 weeks earlier on 4/1/24. dealing with grief and recovery at the same time. no live in support person, as that would have been my wife. doc said it was like a double post-traumatic stress syndrome. doing better now but hardest thing ever. both were.

At 51 on my Birthday it happened to me. Good shape, 180 Lbs. Out of no where came a quintuple bypass. Why do we seem to have support groups for everything else but this, at least in my area. I could have used one. Outward I'm fine, but inside it ruined me. For those who have walked this you know what I mean.

I to was thought to be in excellent condition. I had all the correct numbers in regards to BP, heart rate etc. I hiked and rode bikes daily, ate baked chicken, fish and turkey. In the past 7 years my wife and I had camped in 48 states. I went to my Doctor regularly. One day my chest ached slightly and I had a stress test and it was fine. I then had several more test and that is when they found I had the calcium deposits in my heart and I needed triple by pass. I am in my third weeks of recovery and it is not easy, but will be for the best

I had a triple bypass. my daughter has gone thru every step of the way with me. i came to realize i was not as super human as i believed i was. m job started calling for me to come back to work with in the month.... i had to explain i wasnt released by my doctors yet... they kept after me to come back to work even though i was FMLA. so i had to cut my rehab short and return to work. im now 1 1/2 rs out and i still have issues but my surgery has been successful. I stay under alot of stress and anxiety due to my job... but i am so thankful to still be alive....... my team worked a miracle for me.

I can relate to what Jamie says he went through, at 44 i woke up 7.20 to make a tea in the morning,, out the blue i had a horrendous heart attack like being hit by a steam train, called ambulance nearly died in it, beautiful sensation, 3 hours later in hospital while waiting for the air ambulance bang 2nd heart attack, moving on over 2years later fighting with a crap cardiologist for off island treatment for 3 stents that never happened only when I got a referral from someone else to have the stents to be told I was passed stenting and needed a triple bypass, the surgeon said to me what kind of clown was running the Guernsey cardiac unit to have cost me this, well after the surgery boy did I hit a low it took my head places I never thought possible yep one hell of a recovery, I turn 50 in 4 days 4 weeks ago I had all 8 sternum wires removed great pain relief, and on May 20th I'm off to live the rest of my life in the Philippines, Guernsey can rot in hell it almost cost me my life.

I thought I was doing everything right eating right going to the gym but end up having quadruple bypass at the age of 55 but I have a family history on moms side of heart disease so it doesn't matter how good u take care of ur self the family history is where it comes from.

That’s not true at all the food is where it comes from, animal protein = high in cholesterol and saturated fat which clog your vascular system, when you have plaque coated in your artirial wall as in your aorta or coronary Arteries you set yourself up for a heart attack, if there’s plaque in the brain Arteries and it so happens to rip it could cause a clot resulting in a stroke, if there’s plaque that causes a clot in the lower extremities as in the limbs upper or lower that’s called atherosclerosis, you gotta understand that it’s the animal fat that causes these Artie’s to clot, but it’s also all the oils, even olive oil and coconut oil, no one has to have this happen to them even if you have genetics that make you more presentable, a good diet can turn off bad genes, a bad diet can turn on bad genes, it’s all the cholesterol and saturated fat that builds up in the vascular system that causes these diseases, doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see that this is true.

You're not alone with Jesus. This is the moment to get right with God. What good is heart bypass surgery if we die later without Jesus. Connect with a local church and you will not be alone anymore. Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and all things shall be added unto you. More important than anything is to read the Bible. Start with the books of Luke and Mark.

@JoesLearningGuitar I never act gaga by them either. I did very well with Mystery's (from VH1's the Pickup artist show) but as of late I have been on the downturn due to personal stuff. Worst thing is, I lost weight, got a cool new wardrobe and I do even worst with women now. I need to get out of my zone and try something new.

This is completely ridiculous. Misleading information trying to scare people into buying a book. "I cried and was scared and so alone..." Nonsense. Sure, I was shocked at 40 to find out I needed the procedure. But I bucked up and did it and 2 weeks later, I was back at work, driving, taking care of myself like a champ. What a shill.

Does she also realize that because they "walk in the same circles" is the only reason he met her? Plumbers who may be even better of a match she will never meet because of the circles. In fact the only way to date a news anchor like her or Hollywood start, apparently, is to be a soldier who makes a KZbin video and guilt the star into accepting because "he is serving his country."
